Since parents are now expected to be homeschool teachers, as well as stay career-focused this fall season, the added stress of less than exciting tasks like car repair, often fall between the cracks. But as you run from Hobby Lobby to Libraries to Target home your car is getting wear and tear. It could be something simple like leaking air in the tires or an oil change, or maybe you’ve been ignoring that check engine light for a little too long. We know eventually, you will need service, and we want to help smooth that out for you. We offer a variety of VIP services, but the one I want to talk about today is the Curbside Service.
If you haven’t heard yet, we offer curbside pick up and delivery of your vehicle. We have a skilled driving team in place that will happily come get your vehicle and bring it back to you when it’s all done. We want to do this for you. It’s a service we believe in, and it’s totally free!! I know, as a mom, how hectic it is to wrangle your little ones to go on the most excellent adventure. Having your car serviced is that not a grand adventure, and it’s like 100 times more difficult to wrangle kids for basic, daily tasks when there is an appointment linked to it. Or maybe you don’t even have kids at home but are stuck on your 3rd two-hour zoom call of the day. Let us help ease the load of your day and grab your car for you. Or perhaps you’re a student and cramming for that test you didn’t really study for earlier on. Keep on cramming and let us swoop in for your car while you focus on your test topic uninterrupted. We are here for you.
Now, there are times when we can’t assist you with pick up. If your check engine light is blinking, you need a tow. If your suspension is busted, you need a tow. If your car smells like fire, or you see fire, we aren’t going to drive it. And if your tires are falling off, or you’ve lost gears in your vehicle, we are probably going to decline that drive too. So, we will be asking you about the nature of the car so we can make sure we aren’t going to get an unsafe vehicle. If we do deem the vehicle a safety hazard, we are very happy to line you up with a local tow truck and get you safely to us. We just ask that if you don’t feel safe driving it, please don’t ask us to.
When your vehicle is all finished, we can collect payment over the phone, and return your vehicle with high touch areas sanitized. The sanitation areas include the steering wheel, gear shift, dash & door handles. We will return your car back to whatever address you set up with us, as long as it’s in a 10-mile radius of the shop. How easy is that? All you have to do is call the shop, or send in an appointment request with a note for curbside service, and we will be there! We look forward to servicing you this fall and winter, complete with complimentary curbside service.
