Erich established Schmidt Auto Care in 2009 to bring discipline, technical precision, and total honesty to local auto repair. He oversees overall shop quality, equipment investments, and technical standards.
Lauralee Schmidt Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Automotive Operations Leader | Women’s Industry Advocate
Lauralee manages shop operations and collaborates with national women’s automotive organizations to drive higher standards of customer care, transparency, and respect in the industry.
Marketing & Operations Manager
Customer Experience & Community Outreach
Savannah leads customer communications, digital inspection delivery, and local community events. She organizes our Girl Scout workshops and Tiny Techs programs while keeping our rewards app running smoothly.

Technical Leadership / ASE-Certified Specialist
James leads complex diagnostic procedures on electrical systems, engine management, ADAS safety cameras, and light diesel trucks. He focuses on finding the exact root cause behind trouble codes so customers never pay for unnecessary parts.
