Junior Service Advisor (SA)
As a Junior Service Advisor, you’ll be a key point of contact for customers, ensuring their experience is seamless and their automotive needs are met. This role is perfect for individuals who are highly organized, personable, and passionate about helping others.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with their automotive needs.
- Schedule appointments and manage workflow efficiently.
- Provide updates on vehicle progress and build trust through clear communication.
Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
Auto Technician
We are looking for skilled Auto Technicians to join our award-winning team. If you have a passion for precision and want to work in a cutting-edge environment, this position is for you.
Responsibilities:
- Perform testing, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of vehicles, including domestic brands such as GM and Ford, and Japanese brands like Honda and Nissan.
- Utilize advanced tools to deliver accurate and efficient work.
- Stay current with automotive advancements through training and education.
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in automotive repair and testing.
- A valid driver’s license.
- ASE certification is not required but encouraged (and we’ll help you obtain it!).
